You've done the work. Now let's find out what's missing.
If you've already built part or all of your ISO management system but aren't confident it's complete, we'll assess it against the standard, show you exactly where the gaps are, and — if you want — help you close them.
Start with where you are today.
The right service depends less on a percentage and more on how much work you have already completed and how confident you are in it.

See how it works →Think you're ready?
Choose an ISO Readiness Review. This is the final independent check when you believe the system is already complete and implemented.
Explore Readiness Review →We'll show you the gaps — then help you fix them.
A conventional ISO gap analysis often ends with a report. That can be useful, but it can also leave your team with another list of work to figure out on its own.
Our service can go further. We review your documentation and implementation against the chosen ISO standard, identify gaps and improvement opportunities, explain what needs attention, and help close the gaps where required.
That may include improving existing documentation, developing missing procedures or processes, clarifying implementation requirements, and helping your team work out the practical next steps toward certification.
The goal is progress — not paperwork.
You should finish the engagement knowing:
What already works.
We don't replace good practices just because they weren't written by us.
What is missing.
You get a clear view of the remaining compliance gaps.
What to do next.
We help turn findings into a practical route toward certification.
You've already started, but you don't want to guess.
Assess. Prioritize. Close. Move forward.
The exact scope depends on your standard and current level of readiness, but the process is designed to give you a clear picture and a practical next step.
Understand where you are
We review your scope, processes, existing documentation and the work already completed.
Assess against the standard
Your consultant compares documentation and implementation against the applicable ISO requirements.
Identify and explain the gaps
We show you what is incomplete, missing or unclear and help distinguish major priorities from minor improvements.
Help close the gaps
Where included in scope, we can develop or improve missing procedures, processes and implementation elements so you keep moving toward certification.
Clear findings. Clear priorities. No mystery.
The point of the assessment is to help you make decisions. Your results should be understandable enough to act on without needing another consultant just to translate the report.
We can also highlight opportunities to simplify or improve existing practices where doing so will make the system more useful and easier to maintain.
What the review can cover
Experienced help without overcomplicating the system.
Independent perspective
Get an outside view of where the management system really stands before the certification body does.
Practical recommendations
We focus on what the standard actually requires and how to make it work inside your organization.
Help beyond the report
When requested, we can help create or improve the missing elements instead of simply documenting the gaps.
Personalized review
Your consultant first understands your organization. We do not assume every management system should look the same.
ISO gap analysis questions
How do I know whether I need a gap analysis?
A gap analysis is most useful when you have already completed a meaningful amount of ISO documentation or implementation but are unsure what is still missing, whether what you have is correct, or what to do next. If you are starting from scratch, complete ISO consulting is generally the better fit.
Can you perform only the gap analysis without fixing anything?
Yes. If you only want an independent assessment and report, we can scope the engagement that way. Gap filling can be added when you want practical help closing the findings.
What if we created our ISO system using templates?
That is a common reason to request a gap assessment. We can review whether the documents actually match your processes and the chosen standard, identify missing implementation, and help remove or simplify material that does not add value.
What is the difference between a gap analysis and a readiness review?
A gap analysis is appropriate while the system is still being developed or completed. A readiness review is better when you believe the documentation and implementation are essentially finished and you want a final check before the certification audit.
Does a gap analysis guarantee certification?
No consultant can guarantee the outcome of an independent certification audit. The purpose of the service is to identify compliance gaps early, help you address them, and improve your level of readiness before the formal audit.
We'll help you work out where you are — and what to do next.
Tell us which ISO standard you are working toward and what you have completed so far. We'll help determine whether gap analysis, gap filling, a readiness review or complete consulting is the right next step.
No pressure. No sales pitch.
